Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please ensure you obtain the necessary return/exchange authorization before sending any items back to us, as returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We will promptly inform you upon receiving and examining your return. If the returned item shows signs of use or has missing parts, a full refund will not be issued. Subsequently, we will communicate whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the refund process may also require some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and reflect in your account.
