Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to request a return or exchange.

Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, shorted, or if you received the incorrect item. Returns or exchanges due to reasons such as personal preferences, unmet expectations, or color differences are strictly not accepted.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs for the return/exchange. Please ensure you obtain the necessary authorization before sending any items back to us, as returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damages, shortages, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted/approved), and make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the returned item shows signs of use or has missing parts, a full refund will not be issued. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
