As we mentioned before, products were arrived box by box from 18 May. And we will start the delivery 19 May.
But under the situation of the covid-19 outbreak in Taiwan, we now rerouting our personnel work-time and are trying our best to make it on time. Black piStrap will be sent by these two days, and other color of piStrap and packages will be sent by next week.
Thank you for your patient. There are some notes :
- For the worst case, you will receive the package before end of this month, please inform us if you don't get your package.
- We are very sorry for short of manpower to send out the tracking number for every backer. if you need tracking number, please inform us.
- If you have any question, for example, defect or short, please contact us. We will arrange that immediately.
- There is an extra "sticker" in the package. You can stick it on the push button of the Squid if you found it difficult to push.
